K.J: I think it would be great to have a barn dance but the problem is that to get to most you have to go throught the farm which means that lots of people will be wondering around someone's home

Chris' Party

  • Mood:

Thought I’d just write a little about Chris’ here. First of all THANKYOU for the invite and for throwing a needed shindig, also THANKYOU to your mum for being a lovely hostess. I love going to these things with Young Farmers because you guys are all my m8s (except for Tom Baxter even though he is ok sometimes). But we can meet new people, and there were quite a few there, and just get on with them. As far as I know things went rather well, isn’t that right Charl? Who absolutely did not sneak a kiss with a certain newcomer…

I think the highlight of the evening needs to be mentioned here. The dancing priest!  (Or the funky groovemaster of dance, as I will now choose to call him) man that guy was crazy! He was all over the place! I mean, it wouldn’t have been half as funny if he wasn’t wearing his full priest gear, the white collar and everything! What is it will eccentric people at these things? Last time there was a German band dressed in lederhosen (seriously) and they all got us to dance on tables and sing “the music man”. We ended up having a great time however and managed to break two of the tables, sorry about that…

Anyway, that’s it for now. I think the next thing is the rounders social next Wednesday, if the weather is as hot as it has been it should be just fabby!
